Our Colomba and ring cake baking molds are made of pure cellulose calendered paper with corrugated micro-wave structure. They are resistant to oven baking at temperatures above 220°C and to freezing. The special corrugated paper used in the production facilitates the baking of the dough thanks to the presence of small air chambers.

They are resistant to food fats and do not need to be buttered before use. Available in various sizes, they can be used to bake different types of sweet or savory doughs.
