Panettone Day: The Finalists of the Special Prize "Best Cubic Leavened"

All the finalists of Panettone Day 2023 were announced, included those for the "Best Cubic Leavened" prize. All the winners will be revealed on September 12th in Milan.

The finalists of Panettone Day 2023, the annual competition celebrating Panettone in all its forms, have been announced. Organized by Novacart and Braims, the contest has once again garnered wide participation, with 136 participants from bakeries and pastry shops from across Italy.
In addition to the three main categories, namely Best Traditional Panettone, Best Creative Sweet, and Best Gold Chocolate Panettone, Novacart has introduced a new special prize this year: "Best Cubic Leavened", this prize aims to highlight the innovative new baking mold by Novacart, which features a unique cubic shape. The baking mold is 100% recyclable and resistant to food fats, freezing, and baking temperatures up to 220°C.
The cubic shape represents a novelty in the world of leavened desserts, offering ample room for imagination and creativity, both in the creation of new products and in the reinvention of classic recipes.
The three finalists for the "Best Cubic Leavened" category are:
•    Stefano Antinoro (Pasticcini e Dintorni) from Rivoli (TO), Piemonte
•    Santo Giarrusso (Pasticceria Pasubio) from Catania, Sicilia
•    Domenico Napoleone (Pasticceria F.lli Napoleone) from Rieti, Lazio
Join us on September 12th in Milan, where the winners of Panettone Day 2023, including this category, will be announced.
