FV Series
Our FV baking molds are made with a side band made of pure super- calendered cellulose paper and a pure cellulose micro corrugated super-calendered paper bottom with pinhole drillings. They are resistant to high temperatures of ovens up to 220°C and to food fats.
They do not need to be buttered before use and are suitable for cooking different sweet and savory doughs, in particular focaccia and fornarina. The refined and elegant design is suitable for presentation.
